Bank Holiday Sunday in May of this year was a beautifully warm Spring day & on that perfect day, we had the pleasure of hosting A+S’s blessing & Wedding celebrations. The Bride & Groom had already had a week full of celebrations & to be a part of the final & most intimate celebration of the week was such an honour.

We first met A+S just over a year before their big day & instantly fell in love with their vision of combining Indian & quintessentially British design. With the happy couple being so style driven & the Bride being a phenomenal Bridal Stylist & personal shopper (you can find more info on her instagram @byami_), assisting them in planning their day was such a pleasure & we just knew that every single detail would tie in so beautifully.

The now Mr & Mrs Bryant were one of our final couples to get married with us at Millbridge Court who had booked the Venue off-plan in the Summer of 2014 & not only that, they were one of the first bookings we ever had! So when I say off-plan, picture hard hats, hi-vis vests, a ladder for stairs, frequent dodging of holes in the ground, no roof & unfinished walls, aided by just an iPad with some CGI’s. They trusted in our vision & we were so delighted to be able to help bring their complete vision to life in July of this year.

On the day, C+A had brought together so many beautiful personalised touches from their card box, to the table names, to the sweetie table, everything was so carefully considered. Decorating the Arbor garden to sheer perfection with an abundance of pale pink & neutral roses, peonies, hydrangeas & gypsophila was the lovely MBC Partner, Blush Floral Design. The Dining Barn looked elegant with Bex creating delicate, rustic centrepieces & carrying through the rustic & romantic theme was a gorgeous Naked Cake made by The New Forest Cake Company.

Thank you to the talented Kit Myers for sharing his images with us. The whole day was filled with smiles, love & so much laughter & he captured every single moment so beautifully.

On Sunday, we opened our doors for our 2016 Autumn Soirée. We absolutely adore running these events as they offer the opportunity to welcome so many of our engaged couples, & their lovely families back to Millbridge Court to meet a handful of our wonderful MBC Partners, see Millbridge Court in action, try some sensational food, as well as see breathtaking displays created by some of the industries most talented Wedding Professionals.

In our Bridal Changing Room we had the oh so talented Carolanne Armstrong & Sharon Roberts running express hair & makeup trials for our lucky Brides.

Creating utterly breathtaking floral arrangements were Hannah Berry Flowers, Jay Archer Floral Design & Carrie Macey (The Topiary Tree) who not only showcased their centrepieces & table displays but also created gorgeous floral arches, decorated our shelves & made exquisite arrangements to complement our cake suppliers displays & food stalls.

Showcasing their flawless Wedding Cakes were Jen from Spongeworks & Ellie from Milk Street Kitchen & the wonderful Estilo String Quartet serenaded our guests throughout the day.

The always creative Kalm Kitchen once again created innovative food stalls. Their luxurious Patisserie Boutique, complete with floral chandelier & delicate floral touches created by Hannah Berry Flowers was an absolute showstopper, with their fun & interactive Bagel Bar unsurprisingly going down an absolute storm.

The photographers that joined us & displayed their incredible work were the ever so lovely Philippa Sian Photography, Laura & Jon from VLA Photography & Anneli Marinovich. We were also lucky enough to have Ash Videography filming throughout & creating a gorgeous video of the day. A huge thank you to Anneli Marinovich who captured all of the days details so perfectly; we are ever so excited to share them with you below.
